Virgin Trains: Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston First Class Dinner VT7690

VT7690 departs Manchester Piccadilly at 1735 and arrives into London Euston at 1941. According to the timetable supplied by Virgin Trains, this service is a dinner service and what that actually means is just a snack with two rounds of drinks. Nothing more but can be less.

Below is the first snack of the night. This was offered along side some fruit, juices and tea and coffee.

Pretzels handed out in the first few minutes of the train journey

As usual, I do not know why I bother taking a later train the in hopes of some edible dinner so that I can go home and not worry about food. The only plus side of this service is that it was completely empty – maybe due to the Christmas 2018 get away?
